Everyone else built a chatbot with a phone number
The other apps that ring you put an AI coach on the line and hope you'll open up to it after a long day. This one asks its question and hangs up.
Lying to an app is easy. Answering is harder.
A tracker believes whatever you tell it, whenever you get round to telling it. A call arrives at the end of the day and asks while you still know the answer.
Missing a day costs you nothing
No streak to protect, no grid going grey while you're ill. Tomorrow asks the same question, in the same voice, as if nothing happened.
Straight answers
- Is it AI?
- The voice is. It reads a fixed script, and the call says so before it asks you anything. Nothing else is. No model decides what to say, the script never changes, and nothing you do is scored or profiled.
- Are you recording me?
- No. You answer by pressing keys, not by speaking, so there's no audio of you and nothing to transcribe. The only thing stored is which digit you pressed.
- Will you sell my data?
- No. There's no advertising in this, no third-party trackers on this page, and nothing is ever sold to you on a call. Ask for your data to be deleted and it goes.
- Is there an app?
- Yes, and you barely need it. Answers land there so you can look back over a month or a year, and that is where you set which habits get asked about. Nothing in it needs opening for the calls to keep working.
- How do I make it stop?
- Press 9 during any call, or switch it off in the app. It stops that day.
